The dashboard opens on renewals, grouped by urgency: already lapsed, ending within four days, and the rest of the week. Renew someone and they're off the list.
Admit a member in a minute
Phone number first — it's the member ID, and it checks for an existing member as you type. Then their details, emergency contact, plan and payment.
Plans of any length
Sell 30 days, 45, a year, or a one-week trial. Prices are in rupees, end dates are exact, and repricing a plan never changes what someone already bought.
Lockers and personal training
Add-ons sell with a membership or halfway through it, each with its own dates. Personal training names the trainer, picked from your own staff.
Dues you can trust
Take part payments in cash, UPI, card or bank. Every member has a running ledger of what they were charged and what they've paid.
Discount codes
Percent or rupees off, with the dates they work between and a cap on how many times. A code says for itself whether it's live, scheduled or spent.

Questions gym owners ask
- What happens after the 3 free months?
- It's ₹1,500 a month, the same features, however many members you have. No setup fee and no contract — if you stop, your data is yours to take.
- Is my gym's data separate from other gyms?
- Yes. Each gym signs in at its own address and can only ever see its own members, plans and payments. That separation is enforced by the database itself, not just the screens.
- Do my staff need training?
- If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this. The front desk mostly does two things — admit someone, and renew someone — and both are a short form.
- Can I move my existing members in?
- Yes. Send us whatever you have — a register, an Excel sheet, photos of a notebook — and we'll get it in before you start.
- What do I need to run it?
- A phone or a laptop with internet. There is nothing to install, and it works on the browser you already have.
